But the existing knowledge is still insufficient for all types of vehicles, especially trucks, which is considered a transport sector that plays an important role in the industrial and economic sectors. PMUC has funded several research projects to develop modified electric vehicles by focusing on the transportation industry, including pickup trucks, which is considered a large market. In Thailand there is a large number of pickup truck users who use them to transport goods and services, including 4-wheel trucks, 6-wheel trucks and 10-wheel trucks, as well as buses and light-rail trains. Moreover, PMUC has supported projects to build electric boats and electric motorcycles with swappable batteries in order to cover various aspects of the national transportation system.”

Many people showed interest in receiving the information and details by showing up at the launch event.
